I’m a long-time customer of this location. Once upon a time, I would’ve (without hesitation) given this particular store 5 stars. Unfortunately, it appears that some of the ‘superstar’ baristas have moved on. Nowadays, there seems to be an influx of new hires who don’t know how to make drinks that align with customer preferences.
Additionally, this location has become known for LONGGGGG wait times in-store even when the drive-thru isn’t busy!

It’s literally a coin toss as to whether my drinks will be made to my liking and if my wait time will be unnecessarily extensive.

Service can be a little slow here, but that is to be expected because it is in a very busy location. The parking lot can also be a little difficult to find parking and is laid out a little weird. Otherwise, it’s a newer Starbucks location with a nice interior and specious patio.

It’s 96 degrees outside and I only went in to get a cup of water, walking to pep boys to pick up my car. The entire staff was rude immediately “did you buy something” was she going to ask for my receipt next? And then the “manager” felt the need to step in “I’m the manager and I don’t make the rules take it up with corporate” it’s a cup of water! And upon further review, everyone in there looked dirty and tired. I’m glad I didn’t get the water. Especially since the guy filling the ice was walking by with the bucket around his crotch dripping sweat and whatever else inside the ice. BEWARE. Maybe that’s why the store was empty. If they were smart they would have tried to sell me up on a refreshing drink but…..

Love this location! The baristas are trained and the assistant manager didn't act like they just get out of a 20years prison sentence, like the assistant manager at Myrtle & Foothill

Love this one. Been to a few locations. Customer service was top notch. Employees made me feel welcomed. No rushing, facilities available. Make all Starbucks like this .

Pretty much always gets your order wrong. Then they overcharge you and make you pay more for their consistent mistakes. Don’t go here. Need to learn difference between the words “venti” and “grande”.

I don't know if management realizes that you keep typing my name wrong, it's not accidental, it's a systemic problem. The problem is I want to drink coffee with my name on it.
