I don't know if management realizes that you keep typing my name wrong, it's not accidental, it's a systemic problem. The problem is I want to drink coffee with my name on it.

Did not have most the ingredients needed to make beverages. Staff was still nice even after being yelled at all day.
After having coffee in your branch, I realized that my car battery stalled and I needed help.
Your cashier (October 3, 2024 @ +/- 10am) flatly told me to go to CHICK-FIL-A and try to get help over there. Aside from being your customer, my car was parked in front of your store!
I know this is not part of your offerings as a store but it's one of those situations where, as a good neighbor you will try to help.
It was a golden moment to go OVER AND BEYOND for a customer.
YOU FAILED.

With my few visits pretty good, just one of them i felt a dislike vibe towards me.
Used to stop by here frequently but lately the staff have been automatically selecting the most expensive tip option without giving me the opportunity to select a tip myself. A single coffee is now costing me $10 or more due to them selecting the $5 tip on my behalf and not telling me. This has happened at least 5 times in a row, with more than one employee, and only after they already have my card in hand and can pay the total before I see it. Extremely dishonest.

Tried the $6 coffee and sandwich deal. Still the same... Not the best coffee but the worst food. Never enjoy Starbucks food items but appreciate customer service and atmosphere. This location is one of my favorite that is so cozy and comfy.
