“I was in drive thru yesterday and Rick took my order. He let me know that if I download the Carls Jr app I could get a discount on 2 Superstars with cheese that I was ordering. At the drive thru window he let me know since I am new to the app I could get a free western bacon cheeseburger if I purchased a cookie. Rick was very knowledgeable and helpful! I was pleasantly surprised with discounts and a free burger! Thank you Rick for your wonderful Customer Service!“
