Just waited close to 20 minutes in the drive through! Didn't even get an acknowledgement from staff for the wait. Absolutely ridiculous! 20 minutes waiting for 2 orders of chicken nuggets a burger and fries. It's been years since my last visit here and I was rudely reminded tonight why I stopped coming. Who ever is on today's shift between the hours of 6:00-7:00 p.m needs some SERIOUS training on management and customer service!! Should have just cooked at home. So much for "fast food".

Normally when my girlfriend and I come here, we tried to order lunch but we always had bad luck. But today we had the best service, the food was good and my girlfriend and I are very happy and satisfied. ??

After going inside for 10 minutes and never getting acknowledge. I went to the drive-thru and still took more than 5 minutes for two tacos. I noticed that they were prioritizing drive-thru and that's why I went in my car afterwards and still they took forever.

Food was okay, unfortunately new cashier took about 5 minutes to take my order, found herself very confused. Many homeless try to get in and use the restroom making the atmosphere uncomfortable.
