When going through the drive through. why am I being asked to drive up to the window, pay, then back up until the food is ready?Is there some concern over what I might be seeing through the window?This is inconsistent procedurally when compared to all other fast food establishments that I visit, including other Jack in the box locations. Why is a drive through experience so different here?
