The lengua was simple but tender, as was the chicken ranchero and steak ranchero (stewed meat with tomato, jalapeno, and onion). Each paired well with their house-made salsa verde. However the chopped tri-tip was dry and difficult to chew. No amount of salsa could bring that back to life.“
