“I usually don’t write reviews (which is why I lagged on making this one), but Backyard Bowls downtown definitely deserves it. Every time I come into town to visit family, it’s always a must for me - the food is consistently fresh, delicious, and exactly what I look forward to. On my most recent visit, I was helped by someone I believe was named Clarissa, and she went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. Excellent service and amazing food. I’ll keep coming back whenever I’m in town!“

“Shout out to Daniel and rest of the team working 10/27. Ordered a couple smoothies and had to delay picking up several hours. When I finally came in they were masterfully handling a huge rush of customers. They'd put my smoothies in the fridge to keep them good even before I thought to call ahead and of course they were still delicious. It turned around a really crummy day, thanks again!“

“I always get the blue light banana add peanutbutter the combo is my favorite! you guys make it the best! I seriously could have had 2 of them that day. my husband and I still talke about how good it was.. thank you. we live in lompoc, last week we got 2 of them from lompoc ... they were horrible so we went in for remake the cashier was very nice and we got 2 more. omg! they were worse! I'm not sure what she did but even our kids said what is that? nobody would drink them. we went back in today and they are a bit better but so many blueberries & taste like raw banana needless to say " you guys make them the BEST " THANK YOU !!“

“We were walking by and found this little gem. I got the strawberry and cream smoothie. It was DELICIOUS! I don't remember what was in there, but it helps with immunity, lol. My sister also got The Hulk smoothie, also, very good. And a vitamin juice.“

“I got the soft serve sundae and it was exactly what I needed! Delicious, light, cold. I highly recommend. Two things: careful—this is off State St but google will try to take you to the community college. Also, someone previously stated that the whole store is vegan but as you can see in the photo, there are non-vegan add-ins. So while most of the menu might be vegan, not the whole store is!“

“Great small gourmet Market. They have vegetables, condiments, pasta, etc...but not cleaning products or paper goods. They have wines.
I love this market for their delicious lemon tea cake! Their cookies, brownies, and other treats are all fabulous.“
