Terrible service from hostess to waiter and brunch table servers. Zero welcoming and very rude. I said Merry Christmas and three people at the hostess table just stare at me. I thought they didn’t speak English,but realized they’re just rude. Food quality and choice was terrible. A La carte would’ve been better from my past experience. The table that made my omelettes couldn’t have the courtesy to even notify a waiter to let me know it was ready but instead let it get cold. The beef station girl didn’t even know how to cut meat. The slices were not slices, it was chunks! As in really weird chunks! Nobody has been properly trained.
But on Christmas Day ruining it for my family is unforgivable. Beautiful shell with terrible service and terrible food.

I had the pleasure of dining at The Revere Room for their Christmas Day Four-Course Prix-Fixe Menu, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. The flavor combinations, presentation, and overall taste of every dish made my holiday even brighter.
What stood out even more than the amazing food was the incredible staff.
First, Vicente was the star of the evening—an outstanding server who greeted me with such warmth, it felt like I was a guest in his home. His detailed descriptions of the dishes, thoughtful drink recommendations, and overall positive energy set the tone for a fantastic meal.
Next, JJ delivered the food with speed and precision, offering helpful guidance on the tasting order to ensure I got the most out of each dish.
Rounding out the team was Asher, seamlessly managing multiple tables with efficiency and grace.
This level of teamwork is clearly a reflection of exceptional leadership, and that brings me to Mr. Arturo, the Big Boss. Arturo’s passion for hospitality shines through in everything he does. With a wealth of experience in the restaurant industry and as a standout hotel school graduate, he was actively involved throughout the evening—checking in with customers, directing staff, and anticipating needs before they even arose. He even bussed tables, delivered food, and took drink orders to ensure no table went unnoticed in the packed dining room.
If you’re considering dining here, I cannot recommend The Revere Room enough, especially for a special Prix-Fixe event. The combination of exquisite food, outstanding service, and a welcoming atmosphere is truly unparalleled. 10/10 experience!

Our waiter Guillermo was truly fantastic. He was attentive to all of the details of our order and made sure that we had a lovely evening. And, as we were about to pull away from valet parking, he came running up with my credit card, which I had forgotten at the restaurant.

We have been to the Revere Room several times and the service has always been wonderful… until yesterday. It went above and beyond that by far. Our sever, Kevin, was fantastic! My wife and I were celebrating our 51st Anniversary and Kevin started us off with a glass of bubbly. We really enjoyed talking with him and even learning about his home in Venezuela. His knowledge and suggestions of food was perfect. He was friendly, attentive and an asset to your restaurant. Unfortunately, he had to end his shift and turned us over to Nicole. I can’t remember a more entertaining server EVER! She spent so much time with us and we laughed non-stop with her as we were about the only patrons left from the lunch crowd. She could not have had more energy or have been kinder. She’s a keeper. My wife and I are already making plans to return for lunches with friends and family from our home in Studio City. That lunch really made our anniversary special and unforgettable.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this elegant breakfast restaurant located inside a hotel near Santa Barbara, and it was truly a delightful experience. The restaurant exudes elegance, and the cleanliness of the place further enhances the dining atmosphere. The staff were incredibly nice and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of our meal was perfect. While it may be a bit on the pricey side, the quality of the food makes it well worth it. I had the ricotta lemon pancakes, which were absolutely delicious – a perfect balance of flavors. Additionally, the lattes were superb. Overall, it was a great dining experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a special breakfast treat.
