The tea leaves are terrible. When brewed, they are all black. It must be tea that has been stored for a long, long time. I don’t want to give it a star.

The drinks are off and on good, the prices are alittle to high. But the worst part was the services. The elderly man was completely rude. And called me a man when im a woman. And pretty much told me I looked old.

This location doesn't seem to be a Ten Ren location anymore, although you will see the interior decor and products being sold with the same Ten Ren settings. The Ten Ren menu is also no longer available, as whoever took over this establishment only is serving drinks.Gone are the varieties, and availability that Ten Ren locations once supported. Basic menu items only include a Black or Oolong tea under their milk tea portion. Flavored teas are also available but with limitations. Sweetness level choices are also not available.Overall, the quality and details are gone by the wayside. Pricing is above average for the quality they are now serving.

Clean, lots of open seats, and good drinks. I did not have a chance to try their snacks but hope to soon. Interestingly, on Yelp this location is listed as Ten Ren but here as Tea & Ginseng. They have a large tea section as can barely be seen in the background of the image. Hope to try their loose leaf tea soon too.

Love buying taiwanese tea from this place, not the best parking, but the place is nice and quite. Unlike other tea stations with tons of people waiting in line. Staffs are somewhat consistent with the drink.

Love this place. Coffee places come and go but a really good Tea place is hard to find. This little Gem is on the corner of Green St and De Lacey Ave. I stopped in on the way back to my office last week and thought I'd grab a tea.Well let me tell you the menu is far more than tea. So many choices and so many names I have never heard of. I was having a hard time deciding. The super friendly staff asked me what I was looking for and made a recommendation of the Fruit Tea Medley.

Delicious food and a variety of authentic Taiwanese drinks. Enjoy every moment here.
