Soup dumplings were horrible, and all around the food was not as good as before . Very disappointing, I go here for dim sum when I am in the area
about every 2 months or so and it has been pretty ok but not yesterday. Perhaps just an off day ? I will be going to Capital seafood from now on

Lobster noodle special $16.99 is only available with minimum purchase $20 or more also the noodle and sides additional, $26 roasted duck has a minimum of 3 main course purchase and only available evening. The tea taste was very generic, charged my 10yrs old tea count(told me all tea count over 4yrs old), old school dim sum cart is authentic and give it a thumbs up because a lot of restaurants are no longer doing dim sum carts no more. Haven’t tried other seafood yet, but the noodle with lobster was too small and over fried, that’s what you may get for a special I guess. Total gross charge of $60-$6tax-$6tea count= $48 net with 4 dim sum flat fee of $5 plus a lobster noodle for 4 people sounds very fair. Only need to improve the food and tea quality bit more toward a higher end quality seafood restaurant with more attractive pricing.

The dim sum servers are quite rude. They shouted at the customers and talked back. They are not friendly and don't smile at all.

One of THE BEST dim sum places I’ve ever had anywhere. I went in for dim sum and a different day for dinner service. The dimsum here is traditional with rolling carts. The dim sum here is cheap per order and the lobster and pecking duck deal is so cheap. The duck is crispy and the lobster is super good. The only downside is the service is your typical Asian restaurant service where it’s 50/50, sometimes it seems like the waiter didn’t like being requested a few things, but that didn’t bother me at all. Met the owner and he was very sweet and excellent customer service too. Overall a solid pick for dim sum.

This was our first time trying this restaurant 6/6/2025, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. We were charged for four orders of hot tea and only 1 dipping sauce, even though we specifically said we didn’t want any. When we asked about the charge, the staff member left the front desk for over 10 minutes just to point out a tiny note on the menu saying it’s included — whether you drink it or not.

It would have been much better if they clearly informed us about this charge at the beginning, rather than quietly adding it to the bill and expecting us to just accept it. Transparency goes a long way in building trust with customers.

My friend had her son’s graduation party at Atlantic Seafood and DimSum.

The underground parking is free but shared with the other businesses upstairs. There is Elevator access that goes to the ground floor (street level)

I had a bit of trouble finding the entrance to Atlantic Seafood, which is besides the 24 hour fitness store, there is an elevator besides the stairs to get to the 2nd floor, also kinda misleading is the sign for Tokyo Wako instead of Atlantic Seafood, we had a private room with 3 tables and we had a party lunch package (not dimsum), service was quick and professional.

The dining area was kept clean.

Great selection. Made a Google reservation. I'm not sure they had it but they had the space we needed. Carts came fast. Tripe was one of the best dishes of the day. I would say baked char siu bao over the steamed. Enjoyed turnip cakes grilled to order! Always want that crisp top.

Good dim sum stop. Currently the dim sum is at a discount, $4.38 on weekdays and $5.38 weekends/holidays. Go while the promotion is on.
I feel that they have a larger dim sum selection than most places and they still use carts to let you see and pick what you like. Food tastes great and service was good.

I recently visited Atlantic Dim Sum in Monterey Park for two events, and I’d give it a solid three-star rating. The food was good, with a wide variety of options that impressed me—there were even plenty of choices for vegetarians, which isn’t always the case at dim sum spots. I don’t have a clear sense of the pricing since I was there for events, but I can say the complimentary parking was a nice touch and made things hassle-free (it's in a mall).

This place could have easily been a four-star experience, but the language barrier was a significant drawback. Very few staff members spoke English, so people at the events had to communicate in Mandarin to confirm which dishes were vegetarian, which was a bit inconvenient. If you speak Cantonese, I’d say this spot might feel like a four-star gem, and if you’re not vegetarian, it could even be a five-star experience given the quality and variety of the food. Overall, it’s a solid choice for dim sum in Monterey Park.

My family has been coming here for years. Unfortunately, after this past visit, we will probably head elsewhere. The food didn't have as much flavor, and there were fewer options.

I know they are good and that's only BEFORE. Yes sure portions are huge but filling was a joke and taste becomes a bit bland. Inconsistent

It was a place where we had dinner every week when I lived in Alhambra. It was cheap and good, and the atmosphere was very nice, just like old Guangzhou. It was one of my favorite restaurants when I was homesick. This is the first time I went back after the epidemic. I don’t know whether it was the change of boss or the change of chef. The food is much more expensive (normal) due to price inflation, but it is very unpalatable and it shouldn’t be. The corresponding business cannot be compared with before. I believe that after eating it Many people will be like me and never go back. It feels like the products are all semi-finished products from the wholesale market, and they are still very poor semi-finished products. The stir-fry was also very tasteless. Heartache 💔 For no service, the tip starts at 18%, after tax. What is the world like now😑
