Pretty good and different options for noodles and noodle soup. Plaza it's in is also nice and has parking. However, the combos are sorta expensive and no longer allow you to choose the appetizer. And the biang biang noodles themselves don't come with meat. But still tasty
This is one of my favorite noodle spots in SGV. I usually order the beef noodle soup with regular noodles. The beef slices are thin and easy to chew; if you like something meatier, there are other beef options like tendon. The noodles taste fresh and delicious; you can definitely tell these aren't frozen or premade! The broth is a bit on the stronger side, but I usually like my soups flavorful. The noodles they serve up are pretty generous, no denying that. But gotta say, feeling a bit let down by the skimpy meat portion. On a happier note though, the soup packs a real punch in the flavor department!
