The noodles they serve up are pretty generous, no denying that. But gotta say, feeling a bit let down by the skimpy meat portion. On a happier note though, the soup packs a real punch in the flavor department!

Taste is pretty good. Very little meat in the soup noodle though. People are friendly. Will likely go back. Take out is easy too -they separate.

I used to like this place! But last time I came here, service was still great, and while the noodles to broth ratio was OK, but the ratio of to meat was severely lacking. What used to be a whole slice was cut in half, plus, you finish the meat WELL before you even finish the noodles or broth. So while they kept prices low, you have to account for the extra $2+ you need to pay for extra meat, and even then, I'm not sure they'd give enough.*Old review down below for archival purposes*You can choose the hardness/softness, and the thickness of the noodles, all sorts of choices. The broth was really good. Proportions of meat to noodles was great! And their dumplings were nice! Not puffy, and filled with air. Packed with goodness in every bite!

Came in on a Friday evening and there was no wait. You seat yourself at any table that is open. Service is quick and they bring out menus as soon as you pick a table. We had high hopes for the food but found it to be rather bland in flavor and not as tasty as other beef noodle soups we have had before. The portion of beef within the noodles was very sparse as well-- maybe 3-4 small/medium sized pieces. The fried rice with shrimp was lackluster as well. I appreciated the quick and attentive service but the food was a miss for us.

Pretty good and different options for noodles and noodle soup. Plaza it's in is also nice and has parking. However, the combos are sorta expensive and no longer allow you to choose the appetizer. And the biang biang noodles themselves don't come with meat. But still tasty

The ramen is good. There are also thin noodles and thick noodles, and take-out noodles are also available ? ? ?

This is one of my favorite noodle spots in SGV. I usually order the beef noodle soup with regular noodles. The beef slices are thin and easy to chew; if you like something meatier, there are other beef options like tendon. The noodles taste fresh and delicious; you can definitely tell these aren't frozen or premade! The broth is a bit on the stronger side, but I usually like my soups flavorful. Service has always been quick and efficient; they've been very polite and even talkative if they're not super busy. The place isn't usually packed, but it's always a chill vibe in there. Parking is extremely easy with the free structure.

'Express' definitely describes this place. We came in for what we thought would be a quick meal and it turned out to be the quickest meal. We sat down, ordered food and it all came out within 5-10 min! Damn. For that amount of time, the food was pretty good lol. Good spot for a quick solid meal if you're in a pinch or before the movies at AMC.

My friends and I ordered House Special Lamb Noodle Soup and Braised Beef Noodles Soup. The noodles portion has a lot, noodles had good texture and tasty but the meat had just only few pieces. Service was okay.

Whether it’s price, taste, meat quality or noodle workmanship, it’s really far different from other Lanzhou ramen restaurants I’ve been to☹️. Just this once!

Quick and delicious meal. Noodles were freshly made and very chewy. Ordered the vermicelli beef noodle soup and hubby got an order of the regular beef noodle soup with regular thick noodles. Soup base was light and was not oily. Would come here again!

I got the braised beef noodle soup combo but swapping for the chef's special spicy beef noodle. Pros:- Noodle was definitely a good texture for me, but does run on the softer side if people are looking for Al dente- flavors are awesome with the spice similar to mala - portion wasn't too bad for the price- I really liked the bean curd side dish I picked. It was salty but not overly salty.- minus some errors, the server was courteous and overall service fast even with a full room.- noise level isn't bad - you can hear other people talk without the need to shout.Cons:- I would have liked more beef and would have paid more for it- the soup runs rather salty (much more than the side dish) - not a broth to drink if you have high blood pressure- there's a lot of floating items like chilis that will make it harder for you to grab the ground pork (in the case you are trying to fish the meat out to avoid the soup brothAll-in-all, I found it rather enjoyable. I probably wouldn't come again on my own just because it was pretty salty and I want to watch my health, but I wouldn't be opposed to coming again either. I liked the fact a combo with a soda can and side dish is an option so I can try more than one thing.

The noodle soup is very good but comes with too small portion!!!! At least give enough noodle for an order of noodle costs $15.
