We came here after the Rose Bowl game. Was a little busy, and the staff was short. But the hostess was very good. The mixed drinks were made perfect. My double smashed burger was really good. Wife's salad was very good. Youngest daughters chicken tenders were way over done. Food was a little cold from sitting. But like I said it was packed and they were short on staff. We sat at the big booth, which was nice and roomy.
Five55 is located inside the Courtyard by Marriott Los Angeles Monterey Park.During our stay at the hotel, we stopped in for some late night appetizers and drinks. This is advertised as a bar and restaurant, and we sat over by the bar. The night we came, there was a large event with really loud kids. this was my first time here after seeing so many adverts of this place in the hotel elevator. me and my boyfriend had ordered the onion rings, chicken melt and the short rib quesadilla. all of the dishes we chose were so good! their happy hour sounds like a great deal which is from 4-6pm. I wish we made it that night. definitely check this place out!
