I come here almost weekly and I have been enjoying this place since it was opened. I liked the variety of food they have and then I really like the Sacha broth. The free ice cream after the meal is always a bonus and they always give out free drinks which is nice. Checking out can be a little bit slow here and it’s always a bottleneck because sometimes they only have one cashier working but the other good parts outweigh this so I always come back. Rarely do I ever leave reviews for restaurants but this place impress led me a lot. The thought of a self serve hot pot place never occurred to me but now I’m glad it exists. It’s reasonably priced, the food quality is good, and the people are great. Will definitely return.
I had a great experience at Big Way Hot Pot in Monterey Park! I love that you can choose exactly what ingredients you want — everything was fresh and delicious. The pricing is very affordable, and the servers were friendly and helpful. I came on a Saturday around 3pm and there was no wait at all. Plus, free parking is a huge bonus. Highly recommend if you’re craving hot pot!
