Tried to call in for a pizza and got hung up on then they just let the phone ring so it's nearly impossible to order over the phone. They are not quick and like to take their time chatting behind the counter while the customer is left waiting for them to be acknowledged 🙄

I have been waiting in line for over 42 mins to get a pizza. I waited 12 mins for my hot dog and drink then waited another 30 mins for pizza. This is unacceptable.

When it comes to the food, 10/10 for it's price. Especially the $1.50 hot dog combo. Best part of the Costco food court by a HUGE MARGIN. $1.50 for a big hot dog + soda cup is as best as you can get for your buck. Highly recommend the chicken bake as well, pretty well made since it's pretty savory. The pizza is very oily which is pretty standard nowadays but it's pretty tasty.
The salad is a bit overpriced in my opinion, more expensive than the other items, I also see plenty of people getting their sundaes and they are exceptionally HUGE.
Most of the pros goes to the food but the cons are a bit of a dealbreaker. As it's a outdoor food court, there needs to be some sort of maintenance. Tables are dirty, plenty of trash on the floor, trash cans are filled, and the soda/ice machines and condiment section needs to be refilled.
Staff is quick but sometimes they can be a bit rushed. There's also no sign to clarify where to wait for your order as the left line is for people who ordered on the kiosk and are waiting for their order while the right line is for people paying with cash. There's no sign which makes the place pretty congested. No urgency at all which is not a great look.
Overall, $1.50 hot dog combo makes it worth it anytime, but it's best to take it to go rather than eating there. Lots of improvements needed for a better experience.

The worst Costco food court I’ve been to. Rude service and there are no signs as to which is the pickup line, and which is the line to order. I stood in the wrong line and the guy at the window asked for my receipt twice before he ignored me and helped the person behind me. I had to stand in the line next to it again. Took about 1 hour just to order food. Ridiculous service and attitude. Food court employees look miserable too.

I love my Costco food, but waiting in line over 30 min after buying it at the kiosk is ridiculous. Costco. Do better! You have systems in place all over the country that sends orders directly to the kitchen reducing wait times significantly!

All i have to say if it wasn't for Cody handling the window with a purpose people would be waiting an hour. Every ten customers Cody took care of Raquel only did one. I had to leave her line and go to a bigger line and was done.

The food is good.. The value is excellent.. get your order in minutes.. depending on the time of day it can get crowded with the dining unavailable. I am broke..I can get a hotdog and drink for$1.50. I can at least afford that
