Not sure if this is under new management or not as the interior looks a little different. Either way, their boba wasn't great back and it's still not the best. I ordered the lychee black tea with boba. The drink had a spoiled taste to it. I don't think it's the boba. Might be the lychee syrup. Or could be the black tea. Not sure, but not great. It was overly sweet, so I had to wait for the ice to melt so that it would water it down a little. One other that I did not like is that they only take cash and no credit cards. They do have a QR code for Zelle, but Zelle is not the safest thing to use. I do appreciate that they have a Zelle option, but who carries cash anymore. Thankfully I had the cash to cover the drink.

Bruhhhh. I was there while this nose-picking went down. you'd think she had a g-spot in that thing the way she was tearing it up!

Got Boogers? Young lady in the front was doing some serious gold searching in her nose. No shame in her game. I hope she found what she was looking for cause I gotta find a different Boba place. I gave 2 stars because at least she was nice and did use hand sanitizer when prompted by my sister

Yo, the girl in the front picked her nose legit the whole time....a repeat habitual offender. I gave her the hand sanitizer

What a pleasant surprise to discover this hole-in-the-wall boba place The owner uses real Jasmin green tea leaves to brew their tea, too! It's the MOST FRAGRANT fragrant Jasmin milk green tea I had They use fresh durian to make their durian smoothie! Others use power. And they do not add preservatives either!!! The price is cheaper too! Buy 10 get one free!Definitely coming back!

I ordered the honeydew milk tea and egg waffle with ice cream. The food was good, not the best, not bad. Although, being the only person there the order took awhile to come out.

This place looked very odd. You walked in and were greeted with a tiny lobby with a massive plastic " covid tarp ". I guess that's what it was. There were what looked like menu boards on the wall but nothing on them. It looked like it may have been a cool place at one time. They had enough boba for 2 drinks. So, 3 of us had non boba drinks in a boba place. Didn't make sense since they closed at 9 and it was 4. The drinks were good and the lady at the front was nice. So I didn't do a 1 star.

I don’t recommend going there, it’s very bad, everything is stale, very disgusting, there are actually two flies in the cold noodle, and there are a few long hairs in the cold dish, very disgusting, the boss is a pair of Northeast siblings, very unreliable , the attitude is very bad, and it belongs to the level of a black-hearted small workshop. I have never encountered such a disgusting small shop in Los Angeles for decades, and a special reminder: all the good things in the evaluation of this shop are from the shop's own people, basically "caretakers" "When you go out, everyone must be careful, the disease comes from the mouth!

Got the Hokkaido milk tea with boba. Wau! Flavorful tea, and boba have the chew I like: not too much or too little. Nice woman took my order and it was ready soon.

I was in the plaza and decided to get some boba. Once you go past the entrance door, it is blocked off by plastic screen shields. It was confusing, but you're supposed to push the bell that is on the table. Maybe put a sign to make it obvious for people like me, lol. The owner/employee will come up to take the order and payment. I got the honeydew milk tea and it was pretty good.

I was in the area to do some grocery shopping and saw there is a boba shop in this plaza. I went in and they blocked off everything so you need to ring the doorbell on the table and someone will assist you. I got the pot plant milk tea and when she said the total was $7 I was shocked at how expensive it was. I checked the menu and it said $6.50 so I'm guessing plus tax but still, it was too pricey. After receiving my pot plant milk tea I saw all the toppings inside such as boba and pudding. I didn't want all of these toppings in my drink but I guess it's included? I didn't ask the lady to remake my drink because of my own misunderstanding and it took a while to get my drink. Besides the price I was upset that boba had no flavor. It wasn't honey boba or anything. Just plain boba with no flavor. I'd be open to try another drink when I'm in the area.

I went for the Yelp check in special. They did not have it, the lady said she told them multiple times to take it down. I got the original milk tea with boba. The milk tea was average but the boba had no flavor and tasted like plastic.

Decided to try the boba here because there were pictures of egg waffles/eggette/egg puff. To my disappointment, they don't have it. The drink menu is pretty standard stuff, so I got a taro milk tea with boba and mango green tea with boba. The drinks are pretty sweet and the boba was a little on the al dente side and it wasn't flavored. Did not enjoy the drinks at all and threw out more than half.
