This is an ok place to have a casual meal. It was confusing to order as there is a deli style counter where you pick items. We wanted to sit in and eat and it seemed like chaos. Eventually we got a table. Ordered rice and tea but never came so reminded them again. Would come back just for the deli stuff but not to eat in.
At 8 o'clock, I was asked to buy takeaway, and it was obviously closed at 8:30, but I was told that I would not come again after turning off the fire.
Excellent tea and noodle from Yunan.
The restaurant is small but the food taste good
The dumplings are delicious, but there are too few. I don’t know who can eat 12 dumplings. Is the model of the back kitchen and the stage better for foreigners? (Just record what I saw and heard)
I liked it better a couple of years ago. The condiment was very authentic. The quality was good. Numbing peppers were used just with the right amount. I went back yesterday and was disappointed.
Try their "Crossing the Bridge Noodles." A server brings out a big bowl of chicken soup topped with thin pork slices, and bamboo shoots with rice noodles. The broth is light and the chicken is tender.
Fried chicken cubes with hot red peppers, twice cooked pork
Water boiled fish, frog, Sichuan style cold noodles 👍👍👍

the food is great, the service is... not fine.
38 Chung King Fried Chicken cubes with hot pepper and 60 boiled fish are good
豆花鱼 is super 麻辣 and delicious! 担担面 has peanut sauce, not so much a fan but YMMV. 辣子鸡 is all fluff and no meat, don't bother.
重慶小火鍋 is worthy to try; it has lots of meat. But be carful, it is very spicy.
Try 空心菜! This place has really great Yunnan food.
