Choice of thin or thick noodles, u gotta tell them. Interior is decent. Tables and seats are cool. Parking n the back.
U gotta pay and giv order at register first then they give u a number and then just sit anywhere. Be sure to tip then too or leave 11% gratuity or both. Or bring cash to leave on table before u leave after u eat. Theyre not servers but they do bring your food out for u.
Seating is limited. If its busy u gotta wait until seats r available! Give the employee a chance to clean before you get in the way & sit down.
I didnt like the seasoning on the edamame bc of the salt size and its lemon citrus-y yuzu sauce. Not my prefernce, wouldnt get it again or jus order without the sauce.
The spicy topping is nice and spicy, im getting 2 or 3 next time. I can taste the quality in this food! Its good. The music they were playing was cool. They were working really hard.
The vegan broth was really thick like a cashew alfredo which usually isnt my preference for ramen but it was good. Check website for menu. Help urself to water & such. Def would go back. Cashless & over a dozen locations. I added seaweed egg spicy sauce garlic. They also need to kno if u want a whole egg or half.

Ordered the shoyu and tonkotsu ramen. Food was good, better than I expected. The broth was nice and hot, and was not too salty. The chashu was soft and tender. We may have come at a bad time, as there were very few customers; it was incredibly quiet. We had to wait a bit for the waitress to come take our order, but the food came out quickly. Though in my opinion, it was a little expensive. Overall, the experience was good.

Just received my dinner thru DoorDash, I ordered 2 chicken karage and 2 ramen, both orders of Karage was burnt or refried , took 2 bites and threw it all out. Spoke to Feliciano and he was no help, saying it's thru 3rd party so won't able to do anything. Really bad food and service, wasted my money.

I ordered Shoyu Ramen and Yuzu Pina Colada. The portion might look small but it was very filling for me. I normally eat Tonkotsu Ramen but wanted to try something different. I'm used to the rich and heavy flavor of Tonkotsu. It's nice to eat something lighter in flavor once in a while. I didn't like Yuzu Pina Colada because it wasn't a good balance of both flavors. I mainly tasted Yuzu and only a hint of Pina Colada.

There is an 11% service charge which is optional. I just view it as a tip even if it says it's not a tip. I added 5% more since I normally tip 15%.

Parking: There is a small parking lot in the back, but you can also park on the street.

The food can be said to be delicious, but the service is very unsatisfactory, because we had a meeting to move the dirty plates ourselves, the cashier also doubled as a bus boy, the condition of the restaurant is also very minimal and unpleasant to look at

There’s this really talkative guy who seems like the manager of the place. Whenever he’s working, the ramen is amazing. But a few months ago, I came when he wasn’t there, and the ramen was served cold, and the noodles were kind of hard. So, if you want to enjoy good ramen, it’s a good idea to check if the manager is working before ordering.

Please do not eat any Ramen on this company because they are already prepared everything and all the food are ready to serve. By the way, I’m a former employee for this one so I’m the one who making the brought Ramen at the Monterey Park but the company moved to El Monte that’s great. Are making those Ramen soup but the noodles are making. In Long Beach . June expect that some of the price are really expensive. Those people who making those noodles are their own people Japanese with the manager and the owner Hiro . Plus the manager are different. The one I work before in Santa Fe, Spring, and at the back of the restaurant and also Monterey Park and El Monte my former boss name Tetsu. Do not even give a tip because those tips people who work at them or have only have a green card holder, which means they’re not from here on this country. Most likely people are working there are Hispanic / Mexican/ Latino. The company only using people like me is because they cannot afford to pay the making higher around $22 and up, but they give you less hours but not enough money will give it to you. Some of the co- workers are elderly. They should be ashamed for their self on the company. They don’t know how to handle people it’s useless versus paying more American people than illegal. People are not from this country. Shame for Japanese people.

The rice is always hard here .. Why? I hate to compare the 2, but the Pasadena location is better with their rice quality. Please look into the rice quality. Thank you

Portions are huge and everything is delicious. I could eat there every day for the rest of my life. There’s no table service, you eat at the counter and there are communal tables. Definitely well worth it. It has its own parking lot.

It's a very interesting Japanese ramen restaurant with a minimalist, unfinished decor style. The black-and-white photos on the walls depicting noodle-making are quite striking. The ramen has a good texture, and the broth is crafted to a very high standard.
