Fantastic HK noodle house in the heart of Monterey Park. The slow braised beef is fantastic, the noodles are supposedly flown in from Hong Kong, the wontons are fresh (but a little salty for my taste), the soup base is on point. Sort of a hole in the wall kinda feel decor, owner speaks English Mandarin and Cantonese. Aside from the some what lack of parking situation (street parking only), there's really nothing to dislike.
