My family love all the foods in this restaurant. The restaurant is not big but the food is delicious. Especially, the La Zi Ji (spicy fried chicken), the lady is super nice and friendly. Highly recommend it.
The human touch of a bowl of noodles⋯When I used to work at a newspaper in Mengcheng City, I would go to this Shanghai aunt’s noodle shop with other reporters to dine ?She remembered our preferences and faces after several visits. We didn’t meet for a while after leaving the job. One day we met by chance on the road, and my aunt still remembered me!After chatting for a while and saying goodbye, she said that she wanted to treat her to a meal next time she went to a restaurant....
You go for the food! Very reasonable prices. Every dish we ordered was tasty. I'm told a husband and wife own and operate the kitchen and dining room. The server/wife speaks Mandarin and no English, so you'll have to communicate by pointing!
