Monterey Hill Special Events

I've been calling many days to Monterrey hill and luminarias regarding my wedding event but no one has answered my calls. I dont know if the business is open or closed due to COVID-19 and regulations. I left multiple times voice mails and no response. Their job is to inform the clients regarding the issues, but I hope they didn't steal my deposit because this will be unfair. Many people will be affected to this matter. If this is the case then I would be reporting this to Better Business Bureau.

I just loved their food. I always get awesome customer service here. The place is well kept and the employees are always very friendly. I highly recommend this place.

This restaurant is wonderful and broad, the meals was enchanting and the prices were very economical. quick, effective service and very attentive staff members. I recommend this place.

Came here after dinner at Tropisueno, and I thought it provided the most wonderful juxtaposition for our night out. While the restaurant was hustling and bustling, the Monterey Hill Special Events was very mellow and super relaxing. It seems to cater to an older more sophisticated crowd, and most patrons were couples enjoying a quiet night out with some good wine.

If you are looking for a venue for your special event that you want all of your loved ones to cherish/enjoy then DO NOT BOOK THIS VENUE! Save yourself the embarrassment and $$$. The food is mediocre at best. I am a Vegan and requested a non-meat dish, all of the staff serving the wedding would not give me my plate of pasta unless I had a "ticket". EVEN THOUGH NO ONE ELSE REQUESTED/WANTED pasta. Finally, when they decided to give me the plate of pasta after it was sitting on the tray for over 10+ minutes and everyone else around me practically done with their meal, they gave me my plate of pasta. The male manager who works there is extremely unprofessional and the entire venue reeks of human feces. But I mean, go check it out for yourselves! Don't say I didn't warn ya!

Food was ok, but this place smelled like sewer. It was bad!! If I had my wedding reception here, I'd ask for my money back. The smell.is coming from the rest rooms. So bad!!!

My friend 60th birthday... awesome place, we had great time - food is delicious, we had the Tequila Steak, open bar, salad, etc...

It was such a beautiful event
