this is the flagship onezo store! nice boba spot in atlantic times square. nice selection of milk teas, fruit teas, etc. they also sell labubus, egg/bubble waffles (which they make fresh), and “viral” ice cream which are basically fruit ice cream bars i think. plenty of space to sit and hangout, and they even got a lego table for the kids, which i think is pretty cool.
i’ve been here multiple times now recently (i used to come here sometimes a few years ago but recently started going again), and each time it has been really good. the milk tea is solid, and the lychee smash lime black tea is exeptional, you can taste the lime but it isn’t overpowering (plus i love lychee jelly so it’s perfect)!
We stopped by Alhambra to get a drink.
We got a mango smoothie from One Zo. Overall it was a solid tea spot with your usual selection of items
I called at 2:32 pm and asked about location and she hang up the phone. I called five times and never answered phone calls

Handmade boba makes a major difference! Tea was bold and made for a well-balanced drink ? definitely adding this place to my list of favorites ?

The one thing Onezo gets right is its drinks and snack; Outside of that, the service is pretty mediocre. What I mean by that is either the servers don’t want to work there or they don’t want patrons that aren’t Asian. Regardless of the issue, they just seem to treat you with a poor attitude. I wish I could rate this bubble tea place better but until they get people that actual want to be there and treat everyone with respect, I don’t see my rating changing anytime soon

They run out of stuff at night. The day I went it was only 6-7 pm ish but already out of honey boba??? The taro milk tea was good. No wait when I went so it was nice. Order from the machine.
~40 minutes for a boba is pretty crazy. Seems very unorganized. Also drinks were disappointing. Barely any sweetness despite being "perfectly sweet" and tasted watered down and bland.

Could you please improve the design of the cup? It’s tall and thin, so I can’t reuse it. The quality is pretty good, but it would be a pity to throw it away. The one in picture 2 is pretty good.

They have oat, almond, and soy milk. I like that you can customize the sweetness.

Great atmosphere. We got a peach boba with cheese foam which was pretty good. The only issue was that we went when there was no one there but it took 15 minutes to get our order so the service can be a bit slow. We will go again on our next trip to LA!

One of the better milk tea places I’ve been to. Saddens me to see such negative reviews when I’ve been to this place twice in a week cause of a convention and just thought it tasted so well. Atmosphere could be nicer, but that wouldn’t deter me away.
