They run out of stuff at night. The day I went it was only 6-7 pm ish but already out of honey boba??? The taro milk tea was good. No wait when I went so it was nice. Order from the machine.

If you come for the bubble waffle, don't bother! First they ran out of ice cream. While everyone else was getting their order for boba and tea, my order never came out even though I was in line in front of everyone else. I waited 25 minutes and this is ridiculous to wait so long for an order. I feel that the location is really under staff but don't offer bubble waffles if you can't pull them out on time or warn a person before making an order! Also, while I have been waiting I didn't even was able to order with someone but pushed to a screen. I finally received one bubble waffle and asked to wait again for my second one. This time, my second came out at 7 minutes. I been to other boba locations that offer bubble waffle and are quick but inform you also how long and have more than one machine. Never again!

~40 minutes for a boba is pretty crazy. Seems very unorganized. Also drinks were disappointing. Barely any sweetness despite being "perfectly sweet" and tasted watered down and bland.

I thought the drinks here were ok. Located in Atlantic Times Square, it's one of the few spots to get tea. I tried out two drinks and both with 0% sweetness. Will say I've tried many places with 0% and these just didn't hit so definitely add at least some sweetness. They weren't bad by any means but it was pretty average IMO. For near $12 for two drinks no extra toppings I feel there are better spots. You order through the kiosk and you pickup shortly after. Pretty cute decorations around though!

Omg this place is so slow. It wasn't even that busy and we've waited over 25 minutes for drinks. This business will fail unless they get their act together!

Overpriced, shockingly bland bubble tea in a worthless petite cup. So not worth it. Is it because I just ordered a regular Milk Tea? Should I have gone with a sweeter drink? On first taste, I could tell it was watered down. Almost no flavor. Anyway, if you're looking for good boba in the SGV area, this ain't it. Go somewhere else.

Used to be my favorite boba spot because they had that delectable homemade sesame boba.... Please bring it back. It made it stand out from other boba shops. Still pretty good- tried the onezo tri- flavored boba with my drink and it was ok- nice fresh texture to the boba. Honey, strawberry, and taro made for an interesting combo, sweet and tangy. i might just do honey boba next time... but I still hope for sesame back someday.

Could you please improve the design of the cup? It’s tall and thin, so I can’t reuse it. The quality is pretty good, but it would be a pity to throw it away. The one in picture 2 is pretty good.

My friend told me One Zo is a good boba place. I just stopped by today and tried the new mango drink. It surprise me... and taste good. I like the mango ice cream in the drink. Highly recommended!

I ordered the black sesame milk tea and it was delicious. The honey boba was well marinated and the drink was well made with 25% sugar. I also tried the onezo trio boba and wasn't a fan of them. Therefore i ordered the regular honey boba. If you're a boba fanatic, nothing beats regular honey brown sugar boba. The interior was well lit with flourscent lights. There were plenty of tables open near closing time. The staff member were courteous and efficient. If half n half across the street is packed, give onezo a shot!
