I love the desserts at Phoenix Food Boutique. They’re so delicious! The mango kaya rolls are my favorite. I tried it at the other stores in San Francisco. They’re not the same. The mango kaya rolls from Phoenix Food Boutique are much better. The other dessert items are very yummy too!The location of this shop is good for me. I come to Atlantic Times Square every time when I visit Los Angeles. Phoenix Food Boutique is one of the must go places on my list.Parking: Street parking and an underground parking garage are availableWheelchair accessibility: The shop and the shopping center have no problem with wheelchair

We were going to another restaurant in the same center. The wait was over an hour, so we decided to try Phoenix. There was no wait to be seated, the staff was friendly, and the food was good and reasonably priced. We will go back again.

A solid place for delicious Chinese food. Lots of options to choose from.I ordered their spicy pork chop and yang chow fried rice with milk tea. The spicy pork chop was crispy, fatty and delicious. It really complimented the fried rice. The milk tea helped all the food go down smoothly too. Overall a solid lunch experience.I’d definitely come back to this spot to try their other menu items.

A nice little dessert cafe spot if you're in the mood for Chinese style dessert and quick meal. Seating is limited but manageable for parties of four.

I got desserts. It was okay. Not how I imagined it. Customer service was bad. The lady acted as having a customer is annoying for her. No greeting. No you're welcome. I like the Place in San Gabriel better. Friendly and more tasty. The place is not pack at all. Cute little corner place.

The food was horrible, never had this experience before at a restaurant. I would not come back at all.

6 yrs come back, everything seems the same, nothing changed to much, same items and same quality, durian mochi and durian noodles are their specialty and most try in my opinion only if you are durian fans. Great location and many branches.

Go here first before Gram cafe. Get something light to share with table. Highly recommend chicken lettuce wrap and shrimp egg rolls

I don't care what anybody says, this spot still slaps. It's a major part of my college days; I spent a lot of time eating here and it's always been consistent. My go-to is the sliced rib with Korean sauce (drizzled with chili oil on the side) and a mixed fruits tapioca to drink.

Got a delicious mango type of drink from them which was awesome, but it was downhill from there. Ordered my food and the customer service was 1/10 because they threw my receipt back at me demanding a tip, I tipped and my food came which was bland fried rice and very stale , old, most likely refried chicken. The only thing worth a star was my drink which was awesome, but customer service was rude, and I reviewed better patronage from the DMV. Not worth spending money on food, get their drinks ONLY!!! And just order online if possible to avoid such rude cashiers.

Went here for lunch with a couple of friends, I was embarrassed of how rude the staff were. This place was my go to spot for a quick grab but will probably not be returning.

sat down for a quick dinner ~6pm on a weeknight before our movie and so glad we did! you order at the register and can pay before/after you get your food. we got the minced string beans/mushrooms/sausage (i think they may have run out of mushroom because the strips tasted like chicken! not complaining!), shrimp with glazed walnuts (perfect. just perfect. crispy, tasty, moreish), and Mongolian beef (a bit oily for me, but so tasty). shrimp and beef came with hefty portions of rice; the food really tastes better with rice because it is very seasoned. this amount of food is probably good for 4 single person meals LOL they have lots of drinks and dessert in the fridge. all time fave is the mixed fruit delight. service was great as well. parking is the giant parking structure underneath the plaza.

Lol this place kinda sucks to be honest, BUT there are always going to be nostalgia to this with the late night dinners and the desserts. Even though this place is close to 4/10 or 5/10, I would still come here again and again for the desserts. I think this is the only place that sells durian rolls. I pretty much only get the coconut jelly and the durian rolls..... yeah... that's it. The prices even increased to a price that debatably isn't even worth it, so the $value isn't good either. If someone said let's get Phoenix, I would go 10/10 times.
