This place has absolutely amazing pho. The broth is so rich and savory. they have a simple menu so you don’t have to think about what you want for too long. They said that the broth was spoiled for 8 to 12 hours and that’s why the broth tasted so rich and savory . the meat was absolutely amazing. they use very premium cuts of meat with just enough fat and just enough meat. The customer service was really good. She was really nice and friendly at the cashier . just to let you know this place is to go only so you can take your order to go and eat at home after you boil the soup and put the rest of the stuff in the soup. I think they said they will be available on Uber eats or DoorDash as well. The owners are Vietnamese so they know what’s up. This place is amazing.

Absolutely the smallest place you can imagine. 90% kitchen for the owner (?) to work in. A tiny bench, no ventilation inside. No indoor/outdoor dining...

But this place is ALL ABOUT THE FOOD!!!

Get your food and enjoy it wherever you want, probably not inside though.
The slices of salmon are excellent!!! Fat and thick!!!

It is recommended you order ahead, he is a solo team and is hard at work in the kitchen!!!

The only thing I wished for is some kind of chicken bowl. He already has the rice, he just needs to toss some chicken into a pan...but I understand he specializes in sushi and doesn't want added complexity to his operation.

Wow! I greatly enjoyed the california roll and salmon/spicy tuna bowl. What impressed me were the flavors and textures of each dish. The unagi did not contain any pokey bones and was good. Miso soup was a lovely unexpected treat. I’ll likely order some at my next visit. I’m so impressed I’m going to bring a tray order to work. I saw in previous pics they offered soup noodles, I would like to try it out if it’s available.

Japanese food for take-out only. It is best to call to order ahead and pick up by the arranged time.Need to be patient as it's run by literally one-person for everything. Food tastes great, and prices are reasonable. Fantastic! Always Fresh -- each order is made to order for your pick-up time. Remember this isn't a restaurant per se,you call or visit to schedule a pick-up time based on what's available. They don't have premade sushi - always fresh to your order.

Went into store right at opening minutes and did a walk-in order for salmon sashimi bowl and an 8-pc California roll. Noticed that I was the 4th order for the day and was given a wait time of 30 minutes. Phone was also constantly ringing.Nonetheless, food was delicious, portions were generous, and price was affordable for the quality. Expect a wait time of 30 minutes to 1 hour, maybe a bit more. Give some grace as it is just a one-person operation.Happy eating! ?

I stopped by for lunch and thought I’d try this place out. I was greeted with “just to let you know your order will take long” ooookay, I just want a chicken bowl and California rolls. Cashier checked with kitchen and said it would take 35 minutes. Really? 35 minutes for a walk in customer? Beat it. Is this a Beverly Hills restaurant or something exclusive. Please. Never stopping here again. Sorry for walking in and bothering you with my business. Practice some customer service. Takes less than 35 minutes.
