Friendly and very good food fast service. But do not ask for the steak n eggs...very poor quality meat. I hope they switched meat vendors. The coffee is way overpriced at almost $5 a cup.
Came home from work not feeling well and wanting soup and Tommy's Restaurant (next to the Hat) saved the day! I got the albondigas and hubs got cocido. It hit the spot and we have leftovers for tomorrow. Generous portions of protein ans delicious. Rice was yummy too but the kid will inhale that lol. This place has been around for years. Haven’t been here in years. Came with my madre for brunch. They did some remodeling but it’s still the same place my grandparents would take me to. A classic but oldie. Food is good and portions are big
