One of the worst branches of Baskin Robbins I’ve ever been to. I ordered Pecan ice cream butter, but instead, they gave me chocolate one. When I called them to complain, they offered me one free scoop out of five that I had already paid for. Be cautious when ordering from this branch.

Staff was nice, he even pointed out how to correctly carry the ice cream cake box because I grabbed it from the top thinking it was a handle. This location is the cleanest in the area hands down. However, I am in shock. The ice cream cake I purchased for my son's birthday was awful. It looked pretty, let it sit out for the correct time so nothing melted or was inedible. There was no taste except sweet and with a chalky texture. No one could eat the cake, I tried and couldn't believe what I was tasting. I hope I can get my money back because this was a total waste of money but the lesson learned will save me later on, do not purchase an ice cream cake from Baskin Robbins.

Great staff. Paper straws dont work with shakes. They just don't. Giving a paper straw with a full plastic cup is just insulting.

Had small cup of Old Fashioned Butter Pecan ice cream which tasted great, nice an creamy with plenty of pecans. Facility was clean. Staff was courteous.

My son’s birthday falls on thanksgiving every 7 years. This year he was all excited about getting the Turkey cake with his favorite ice cream inside. I ordered the cake on Friday, to be picked up Wednesday at 6:30 from the website. When I get there, they’re closed early because it’s “Thanksgiving Eve”. For 5 days it didn’t occur to any of the staff to contact me and let me know they’d be closing early? Nobody figured to use some common sense. How am I suppose to know? The website allowed me to pick the time, and they normally close at 10. Now my sons doesn’t have his birthday cake he excited for all week.
I bought two hand -packed quarts. The fellow doing it seemed annoyed that I was asking for the hand packed. I wasn't sure the container was full so I asked it they weighed them, since I know the BK sells by weight. He said 'sometimes we do' but didn't. When I got home I discovered the bottom half of the container was empty so I got a pint in a quart container. It has been a few months now, perhaps the surly cheat is gone by now & I'll try again.
