On 12/26, we first visited the Chipotle location on Del Monte Center in Monterey, CA and had such a negative experience (left a review there, too) that we left to come to this location. When we arrived, there was a small line of about 10 patrons waiting to order. There was only one employee working the food line and register. She had to make every order and cash out customers. There were other employees working food prep and to-go orders, but the store was obviously understaffed. When we arrived at the ordering area, the girl told us they were out of all meat except Chicken, and several other ingredients. We asked why they wouldn't post a sign on the door or somewhere near the beginning of the line to say they were out of most of their ingredients. Instead our time was wasted waiting in line only to leave because everything we wanted to order wasn't available. This was the second terrible experience at Chipotle in Monterey. Whomever supervises this region needs to seriously review how these locations are managed.

Orders Uber Eats from this chipotle. Both bowls we ordered were missing the rice and my steak bowl had 4 small pieces of steak. This is the worst chipotle I have experienced and really shorted out the order since we ordered online

Food is good. They changed their hours to 1045 instead of 1030 but they we're late opening and don't have everything on hand that early. So if you want steak don't show up right when they open. This isn't the first time its done either.
