James Lucas is the best. I was having a horrible day and it was with his humor and his great attitude while serving me that made the experience great! He as well as the chipotle team at this site are nice, easy to work with, and efficient as well as proactive! It’s my third time coming back and won’t be my last!

Good location, although I wish the guy who took our order would have been nicer, even though he was seemingly totally frustrated to work in the service industry. It also could be cleaner.

The difference between this location and other chipotle locations isn't the food, but the vibe. It feels like you are walking into a home. The workers are nice which is understandable for a chipotle in such a tourist location. Great lunch or dinner spot!

We went into this Chipotle today and immediately felt that there was a problem at this location. The entrance that was immediately off the parking lot was locked. This seemed like the main door since it fed directly into the order line and the closest to parking. There was a sign on the door saying to use the other door. To use this other door, you have to walk in the busy shopping center entrance roadway while trying not to get run over by a car (there is no sidewalk). This is also the way a handicapped person would have to enter since the parking lot is on the side of the locked door. I would think this violates a disability law. After dodging traffic we entered the other door only to see that we had to walk across the restaurant and end up next to the locked door. This diversion of traffic left diners with customers in line next to the tables. Most of the tables were also dirty and disheveled. Plus half of the tables said they were closed to accommodate a strangely placed line. Looking around the restaurant it just didn't seem like I wanted to spend my money and time here. We left and went to the Chipotle at the mall instead. The management at this location needs to be more aware of how poorly they represent the Chipotle brand. Skip this location and go to the mall Chipotle instead

First time here and my family and I loved the customer service here. The gentleman who started our order was very accommodating when my mom asked him to not put any of the brown salad leaves in our salad bowl. The lady who prepared the rest of our order was very accommodating as well when we asked for the corn to be put on the side and asked for more lettuce for our salad bowls. I redeemed my free side of guacamole from my Chipotle app and they did not skimp on the guacamole. We will definitely come back here the next time we are in the area!

This location could use improvement. In the past couple months that I've eaten here, the rice has been undercooked and crunchy. I appreciate that the portions are well served, but hard rice does not go well with the carne asada. I can't imagine how many other customers are eating hard rice. One other thing is the pricing on the burrito bowls. The prices always vary when I stop by. So far, I have paid between $6-$15 on the same order. Otherwise, they usually have lots of open seating and great music playing, and I can tell they're working hard to keep customers happy. I recommend for someone needing a filling bite. Just make sure you sample the rice, and check your total!
