Beautiful view if you can handle freezing on the patio with your cold ice cream. For almost 20 dollars for a smallish Sundae, I thought the ice cream would be better. It’s not great. I did like the chocolate syrup and my husband did like his hot chocolate with salted caramel. I wasn’t thrilled at the kid behind the ice cream counter telling anti- American jokes, though. I thought that was inappropriate and offensive. It’s an ice cream parlor, for goodness sake!!!

I had the Salted Caramel Brownie Sundae and it was more than satisfying. Shared some with my wife (actually she just took it without asking because it looked so good!). Nice and quiet location with plenty of inside and outside seating options. They have an extensive selection of Ghirardelli chocolates for sale as well inside the store. Perfect for an after dinner destination.

Oh this icecream and chocolates were too good, oh so delicious! It was super busy but we got our sundaes in a reasonable amount of time considering the line. Highly recommend for a good treat!

Ghirardelli means historically great, delicious Chocolates. The accessible order line is long but moves quickly for ordering chocolate and ice cream treats as well as bulk chocolate purchase of every kind of milk chocolate and dark chocolate squares. I chose some mint and caramel square and some dark Chocolate bars. We passed on the ice cream sit down treats because of no seating in indoor accessible tables and some outdoor tables with view of the bay.

All though the ice cream was good. The service was ok. Unfortunate this establishment doesn’t have a restroom.

Of course it’s expensive, but it’s there. They were out of almond milk whipped cream and offered me regular. Oh well.

The worst experience ever, rude and unhappy people that work here. We waited long time for an expensive ice cream that never came.

Oh this is such a garbage place to screw your health. We were there and got three hot fudge sundaes with brownies. It cost an arm and a leg. The bill was $65 more than our lunch bill for the day. The sundae is no longer served in glass cups with metal spoons. It’s now Chinese made plastic so guess what you will have to toss all the fudge cause you can’t scoop it out with your dinky spoons. Ugh!! Ugh!! Ugh!!. Save your health and go elsewhere.

I’m rating this ice cream shop a solid 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐! Your ice cream tastes amazing, especially the chocolate—it’s so good! What made it even more memorable was seeing a beautiful girl, a teenager like me, who looked Asian or Filipino. It’s always cool to see someone who feels familiar in a place like this. But don’t get me wrong—I’m saving this shop not just for that, but for the incredible ice cream! Plus, the balcony outside has such a nice vibe with the fresh air. Great taste, great atmosphere—definitely worth visiting!
