I’m not the type of person to leave a bad reviews but MAN. This is the 2nd time I’ve tried this jack in the box and both times I waited 30+ mins for my food when there was only 1-2 other customers there and both times my burger was not seasoned. The first time I went I spent 45 mins waiting because they gave me the wrong order TWICE (keep in mind the drive through was NOT busy)
I’m sure there’s a reason, maybe they’re understaffed or are getting a lot of online orders but MAN this sucked.

I love this location. Their breakfast burritos are terrific. I do; however, get them with just cheese and egg. My dad thinks they are the only place in town that can make a shake and I’d have to agree. Give it a try!

Worse customer service ever they took over half an hour to take my order and another 20 minutes for the good to ready. The employees do not even acknowledge their customer waiting in line they can't say we'll be right with you or backed up or anything at all whatsoever. And they really hand your food to you almost throwing it across the counter. No thank you no come again nothing at all worst customer service ever and the restaurant's not that clean either. Food not halfway decent for the price.

I wanted to try this chain and the menu certainly impressed with lots of variety but the wait time was lengthy for fast food. The beef burger was ok the fries were better not something I’d rush to eat again
