Worse customer service ever they took over half an hour to take my order and another 20 minutes for the good to ready. The employees do not even acknowledge their customer waiting in line they can't say we'll be right with you or backed up or anything at all whatsoever. And they really hand your food to you almost throwing it across the counter. No thank you no come again nothing at all worst customer service ever and the restaurant's not that clean either. Food not halfway decent for the price.

I wanted to try this chain and the menu certainly impressed with lots of variety but the wait time was lengthy for fast food. The beef burger was ok the fries were better not something I’d rush to eat again

This Jack in the Box is an oasis in the food desert that is lower Munras avenue. Who has time for delicious meals cooked from scratch at way better eateries like The Wild Plum, Krua Thai or even The Great Wall? I know I don't. Just this week I grabbed two tacos for the wifey, a spicy Jack wrap for yours truly, hamburgers for the kids and a large curly fries for the whole family in less time than it took to write this review. I don't get high anymore but if I did I'd hit that l8 night stoner menu fo sho.

I liked my Sourdough Jack. I share this less than 5 star review because this is an older design Jack restaurant. I prefer the atmosphere at the newer restaurants. I almost gave 4 stars across the board but the service and the food were good.

Service was pretty quick and friendly. Ordered a coffee and French toast sticks through the app and went through the drive thru. All my sticks were there and got the requested amount of syrup. The coffee was really good too by the way.
I can’t believe jack in box have two restroom Out of service and I have see 1st store are out of service for that
