The customer service is very unprofessional, the person (Jose) is very rude and not there for customers with patience, upon letting him know that he was not using professional customer services communication skills, he said this is how it’s sounds to everyone, he didn’t apologize he said shut the windows.That is why I was wondering why Jack in the box is always empty nowadays days , it’s not good the customer service is worst .

The lady who took our order was extremely rude and disrespectful. Order took for ever. There was a guy who pulled behind us and they left because everyone ignored him. Then my breakfast wasn’t even what I ordered. And she charged me for the more expensive item! When my husband asked for a fork so he could eat she basically started cussing us out in a different language. With the amount of complaints this place has the manage/owner should either retrain or hire new.
