JACL Hall is the meeting place for JACL meeting and events for the Monterey chapter of this NPO. Today they were offering a Pancake Brunch (ham, fried rice, juice, fruit cups and more) on a donation basis during a book signing for the newly released "The Japanese on the Monterey Peninsula" by local historian Tim Thomas.
