I've bought food here for my 10-year-old son several times because he likes it, but the last two times he got a stomach bug. The last time I was there, I asked the girl who takes your money and serves you to wash her hands, and she did, but they don't have good hygiene when serving. I won't be buying from this place again. They need more staff and better training in cleaning and hygiene. I give them a 1 out of 10.

Ordered thru door dash. Had to specify silverware and napkins. Got all my food and condiments but no silverware or napkins. When I called, they told me that was my problem. They would give me credit for a meal but wouldn’t send me any utensils to eat with. $65 wasted on food I couldn’t eat and on a group who wouldn’t make good on my order.

Shop was not full, but had to wait on a family meal and a few extra orders; had to ask for drink cups; came back to hotel and was missing two orders of spring rolls after a long wait. Front person did not double check the order after the wait. He (Filipino gentleman) was confused with only a few people in line. Lady manager was a champ...handling issues on the phone, firing up orders and asking was was needed up front, not her fault. Called back to let them know and they wanted us to walk back another 15 minutes for the missing food and they were closing in a half hour.

The employee was rude and frustrated. We had to wait a very long time to get our take-out order. They forgot to include two items which we had to take a loss on. Due to the later hour, they would close before we can get back to pick up the missing items. We were told there is nothing they can do about this. This was a horrible experience. I can't recommend this location.

Atmosphere: LOUD, UNINTELLIGENT, SCATCHY, Honestly could not make out what was playing. Only 3 people in the whole place
Service: Staff, looked and acted like they were slaves - not one smile.
Food: White rice was good, though I order only one order of rice (I can't eat 2 orders) yet I am always overcharged for 2 orders. The Orange Chicken was so overcooked and hard, ONLY 2 PIECES WERE EDIBLE. The Veggie Spring Roll was overdone and tasted like it was dugged out of the trash.
The only dish that was edible, not overcooked was the Honey Walnut Shrimp. Soft, firm, fresh.
WILL NOT RETURN WITH CRAPPY FOOD, CRAPPY SERVICE

I went into the store starving, but they said they stop selling food at 9 o'clock. There was still plenty of food left, but instead of selling it to someone who was really hungry, they just wasted it by throwing it away. I'm so disappointed. People who go out to buy food that late are truly starving.

This has nothing to do with the food. Obviously we all know what panda tastes like. This has to do with the service. For the most part the cashiers are okay as well as the ppl serving the entree, however, there is a manager or supervisor there names Anna that was serving the rice and chow mein. No customer service whatsoever. I also witnessed her yelling her lungs out at the staff there. It honestly looked like a circus. She was rushing customers through the line not even bothering to ask if they would like something else. My experience there was bad there because of her. Like dude, we are the customers. Without us you would have no job!!!! Overall guys, love panda. Just watch it with this lady. And she still has the nerve to speak Japanese to other coworkers when she doesn’t want you to know what she is saying.

I thought I ordered noodles not a box of lettuce
I recently tried Panda Express for the first time and was curious about the hype surrounding this franchise.
While it offers a familiar and comforting taste of Asian-inspired food, it falls short of authentic Chinese cuisine.
I opted for the plate option with honey sesame chicken and chow mein. The honey sesame chicken was overly sweet and drowned out the individual ingredients.
The chow mein, while generous in portion, lacked the depth and complexity of traditional Chinese noodles. The noodles were thick and had a gummy texture, similar to ramen, but were bland and lacked the wok-charred flavour (wok hei) that characterizes authentic Chinese cooking.
The rangoons were a pleasant surprise, with a unique shape and a creamy cream cheese filling. The fortune cookies were a fun touch.
Additionally, I requested a side of stir-fried vegetables, which were flavorful and had a strong garlic taste.
While Panda Express offers a satisfying and convenient option for those seeking a taste of Asian cuisine, it's important to note that it's a Westernized interpretation.

I've been to Panda Express in many areas, but this one had the best atmosphere and freshly made chow mein. Very friendly staff.
