I love eating here. The honey walnut shrimp is my favorite! We've eaten here twice, and i can't wait to go back. The servings are great for the price! It's clean and kid friendly. The staff are friendly as well. It's right next to trader Joe's and across is Chipotle. The parking isn't that bad either.

Food is good intermittently, however, the customer service is absolutely horrid. Have been to this location on five occasions. The first time was good, but on the last four occasions, I have been ignored for the person next in line; was not provided chop sticks on another visit; glared at on the third visit; and did not receive my receipt on my last visit. I called when I found out my receipt was not in the bag, but no one would answer the phone. I cannot place my purchase on the Panda Express app, because I was not provided a receipt by the cashier who acted as if she was providing a service to me for providing the food that I purchased. Disputing this charge because the mushroom chicken was salty and not fresh.

Seaside Panda is never good and they don’t keep up with the cooking. I usually go Monterey. The last few times have been bad service and sitting food. Tonight I went to try once more. I got there a little after 7 and they closed at 8. There was nothing and they said they stopped cooking because their only chef had to leave early. Terrible and I am done

Poor management with so many employees running around without getting order ready eventhough there is no customers.
Tried to dine here last week. I walked in to look around and was viewing the food when the sever asked if I was there for pick up. When i said no she pointed to the short line and said the line is over there. When it was my turn She ignored my request for 50/50 rice and chow mein. When I asked her to fix it she gave me a lame reason that I already had vegetables. I left and ate at Chipotle where they are curious.

I have to give an applause to both Vanessa and Nuriel. This evening they dealt with a distasteful customer who was yelling and purposefully putting his hands on the serving window that was just cleaned, all because he was unhappy. He looked at my friend and I asking for reassurance but was met with the opposite from us. Vanessa and Nuriel both did an AMAZING job keeping calm and professional. I'm so proud of them for having such patience with this man because I surely did not.

Ordered on Uber eats. No option to add things like soy or hot mustard. My 2 item plate was missing an item completely. The greens I ordered were extremely limited. Veggie spring rolls did not come with the sauce. The portions were very small (seemed below the standard portion size). I am only writing this in hopes a manager reads this so they can correct some of these issues.Vegetarian options: Very limited. Eggplant tofu was not even an option and was missing veggies from my plate.

Today at 6:42 my husband went to order the family meal and when I served the worst chow mien it seemed as if they gave us the leftovers because the noodles were cut into small pieces and big and I mean big chunk of onion it wasn't cut at all. My kids said found big chunks of onion too. It seemed the person that had to cut the onion was very very lazy and did not care about the customers. What a disappointment!!Vegetarian options: Onions should be chopped into smaller pieces.
