This location looked really cozy. Too bad I didn't have time to stay. Grabbed my Cortado and coffee refill and ran out. Drinks were made quickly. Baristas were not very chatty with customers... They didnt even acknowledge me coming in to grab my order.
Great place! Have been coming here for years but haven't been in since I moved away. The staff is still nice, helpful, and attentive. What was very detrimental to my experience was the manager actively berating an employee rather than having any kind of management approach to an employee making a minor mistake. It was very hard to watch and made me and the employee uncomfortable in a fairly public setting, to say the least. I give that employee a 5/5 on how she handled that...
