It's sad when you can get better fish and chips from the pop up stands on the wharf. The food at Rockfish Harbor Grill was horrible. It had no flavor and way over priced. The best thing about it was the fries.
I’m pretty disappointed in you guys. After hearing about my young adult experience with their meal and how your staff handled and brushed off her concerns. Shows me the lack of empathy and attentiveness you have. The comment from the manager of a “thank you for bringing it to my attention’. And not offering any mediation to the situation is just plain sad.

Shrimp was over done. Requested replacement 2nd order over done. Waiter took order brought food brought check. NO SERVICE
