The staff was very attentive & the food was great. Would recommend for dinner if staying at this hotel.

hostess was very slow and not very friendly. no line. the restaurant had maybe 3 tables seated. pretty empty. we waited about 5 long minutes to get seated. Food took a verrrrry long time. looked decent in photos. had no taste. like cardboard. we ordered several entrees, appetizer, kids meals etc. not good. our waitress was nice, that was the only good about our experience. the head chef had an issue with me having a service dog and was rude about it. icing to the cake of a terrible dinner with my family. not a great experience. will not be eating here again and do not recommend sea root.

We were a party of seven, two of them under 4 years old. One of our grandkids has food allergies. The staff was so attentive and careful with the preparation and service. It was above and beyond our expectations. We had dinner there two nights because they cared. Thank you Sea Root.

Somewhat better than the typical “hotel restaurant”. Our server was very attentive and pleasant. The dinner was good. They should think about serving the pizzas on metal pans so that they stay hotter.

Very good breakfast food. Very quick service. Plenty of seating options. Would recommend this place for a good brunch option even if you’re not staying at the hotel. I think the buffet is a little over priced, but the menu options are correctly priced and taste very good. We stayed at the hotel for 10 days and got breakfast every morning, the head chef and the manager came out and talked to us every morning to make sure we were okay. They were accommodating to allergies, and overall was very good experience.

They ran out of steak at 8pm. The server was not very good. We had to keep waiving her down for drink refills, silverware and ketchup. Very odd that she would not check on our table

We had breakfast two days in a row and it was wonderful! The Huevos Rancheros was amazing!! It has a sweet potato cake increase or a tortilla and it’s incredible. Our service both days was so kind and attentive. My husband had steak and for people who raise beef, we were impressed! Well done.

One of the best meals of our California road trip. Delicious chicken, salmon and halibut entree dishes, many ingredients sourced locally. Interesting dishes with lovely vegetable accompaniments. Great and very reasonable options for kids at $10. Desserts were very tasty, amazing local salted caramel ice cream. House Pinot noir, District 7, was great for the price. Service was brilliant thanks to our server Cyndee. View of the golf course from our booth table. Live music in the bar floating through. Was really faultless so am surprised the overall score is currently low.

For having a small amount of guests, there was no energy behind the service and there was never a time where we were asked how everything was and if we wanted any more drinks. It seemed as if the waiter had 100 tables to attend to. The steak was good but the chimichurri lacked flavor. The burger was overcooked and they just peeled off 90% of the cheese when I asked for just arugula, red onion. And bacon. Never got the bacon. Would come just for drinks and ambiance. Maybe try the salads and pizza.

We loved our stay at the Hyatt! The Sea Root restaurant had amazing cocktails and dinner section. We had the halibut and burger and both were delicious! The service was very friendly and quick!
Another amazing dinner. Michael was our server again, he rocks, service was excellent and we love the variety of options. It's not our first visit but we made sure to try new items and they didn't disappoint.

During the weekend, we dined at Sea Root restaurant for both dinner and breakfast. The restaurant's layout is aesthetically pleasing and conveniently located just a two-minute walk from our accommodation. We particularly enjoyed the salad, salmon, and chicken, all of which were prepared to a high standard. The service was impeccable, and the pricing was found to be very reasonable. For breakfast, there was an option between a buffet and ordering from the menu. We opted for avocado toast and oatmeal, both of which were satisfactory.

Wow, what a wonderful breakfast. The eggs benny was PERFECT. The hollandaise was textbook good..and the service was amazing. A little high prices, but it's a hotel breakfast in 2025, so it's expected, I guess.
