I ordered the Pad Thai and a Thai milk tea. The milk tea was twice too sweet and overwhelmed the tea (and I have a sweet tooth and can handle pretty sweet drinks usually). The pad Thai was unfortunately lacking in flavor and barely had any sauce, and was a bit sour. Unfortunately this place was not my cup of tea. Maybe some of their other dishes are better. The amount of food was enough for more than one meal (although I do not eat too much at once anyway), and I felt like it...
We enjoyed the pad thai, pad see ew, green curry with beef. I wish d green curry waa more creamy from coconut..its kinda soupy but loved the bamboo shoots in it. Coconut ice cream was delicious. We ate here 2x. The owner is friendly and we love ambiance.
My absolute favorite restaurant in Monterey. Authentic Thai food with exceptional service. I’ve been here at numerous times in my 18months living in Monterey and can’t speak more highly about it. I brought my friends and family in and we all still talk about it almost a year after I left, which is why I’m just now writing a review.
