Pretty awful Starbucks. Staff is so busy running their mouths that they forgot one of our drinks. When i asked for what i paid for, I got attitude and waited another 10 min while they all talked some more.When we got back to our room, we realized both drinks were wrong. Epic Fail. Walk a little further down the street. This place sucks.

The employees who assisted us were very friendly. But they were short-staffed for the busy, large store. However, the food and drinks are always good. The coffee is the best and the prices are good. The store floor was very dirty and we went early in the morning. It should be swept or vacuumed more frequently to keep the place looking clean. Thank you.

Great little Starbucks on Cannery Row in Monterey! I love the vast and spacious atmosphere here - there are two large communal tables in the middle of the space, as well as smaller tables on one side, lounge-ish type chairs on another end. I was cheerfully greeted as I walked in - early weekday morning, no other customers in the store. Despite this, the wait time for my Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso took almost 15 minutes. Didn't try any breakfast items since I had amazing food from Wave Street Cafe just a few steps from here. Took a few photos because I really like the interior/atmosphere of this Starbucks location - it's unique in a Cannery Row/rustic type of way.

Barista Marti is unprofessional. Didn’t smile, and gave a huge attitude as if doing a favor. I hope Starbucks either trains Marti well or gets another customer friendly barista.

Sad that my experience here was subpar, seeing as I walked in happy, with a smile, and left feeling angry and disappointed. I'm not sure if the lady at the cashier got a "hey girly..." message this morning or just simply forgot to take her pills but her attitude was unacceptable. She was extremely rude and negative, staring me up and down and glaring at me the entire time while answering my questions with catty one-word responses. Then, when I asked for waters she acted as though it was a chore for her to order them for me. I hope the manager of this Starbucks provides free mental health services because clearly that's what this employee needs! Hey girly, brighten up!

Filthiest bathrooms I've ever seen in a restaurant in my life. Made me want to vomit. Starbucks Corporation needs to get eyes on this store fast. Also, staff member knocked over my frap, spilling some out, picked it up and handed it to me, with whip cream all over the outside of it and her fingerprints mushed into the whip cream. Is this how people live in Cannery Row?
