The employees who assisted us were very friendly. But they were short-staffed for the busy, large store. However, the food and drinks are always good. The coffee is the best and the prices are good. The store floor was very dirty and we went early in the morning. It should be swept or vacuumed more frequently to keep the place looking clean. Thank you.

Great little Starbucks on Cannery Row in Monterey! I love the vast and spacious atmosphere here - there are two large communal tables in the middle of the space, as well as smaller tables on one side, lounge-ish type chairs on another end. I was cheerfully greeted as I walked in - early weekday morning, no other customers in the store. Despite this, the wait time for my Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso took almost 15 minutes. Delivers what a Starbucks is known for in terms of food and coffee but the the barista (girl with long hair and braids) is very rude. She almost slammed customers coffee cup at the pickup station. I would give this Starbucks very low rating just because of this
