I'm thrilled they have the Clover Vertica machine to be coffee. Finally I get a hot flavorful Pike every time. Service here is friendly. The store is large, lots of seating, but it's a very touristy area.
The employees who assisted us were very friendly. But they were short-staffed for the busy, large store. However, the food and drinks are always good. The coffee is the best and the prices are good. The store floor was very dirty and we went early in the morning. It should be swept or vacuumed more frequently to keep the place looking clean. Thank you.
Delivers what a Starbucks is known for in terms of food and coffee but the the barista (girl with long hair and braids) is very rude. She almost slammed customers coffee cup at the pickup station. I would give this Starbucks very low rating just because of this
