Hands me my coffee with the lid open while she complained about me not waiting long enough from the time I ordered online. So I hand the coffee back so she can close the lid but she say you can't close it. Sorry am not going to risk spelling a coffee in my car.

Been going to starbucks consistently for 20 plus years, I've never had anyone deny me a cup or water. I even told them I'd been at another starbucks the same day. They told me the policy was to buy something or they couldn't serve me water. I guess the goal is to prevent homeless people from getting free water? Is this where our society is heading. Goodbye starbucks, you've gone to hell in so many ways and I still tolerated it. This was the last straw.

I had a little emergency and needed a bag of ice for my car and the employees were so kind to make one for me. This is the kindness that is sometimes hard to find these days… Thank You!!!
We pay so much for a starbucks drink and it's not the same. I ordered sweet cream cold foam on my drink and pretty much got bubbles on top. Once they handed me my drink at the drive through I asked if that even had the cold foam on it.... they said ya it just sank a little, I think it sank a lot to not even last 30 sec. From me pulling up to the window. Then to find out the manager made my drink. Standards are dropping.

I've been a couple times at that location, the staff it's very friendly most of all the small girl who works over there, I asked for the wifi both times so I can activate my rewards account and they didn't know how to reset the modem or provide access. My phone got stolen from there the second time at father's day.
