Ordered cream with coffee.

Was given a coffee black. Asked for cream again and they gave me cream on the side (this is drive thru).

Ten seconds later I’m jumping out of the car because my hands and thigh are burned.

Stock up on burn cream before going.

Completely Unacceptable Behavior from Starbucks Manager – Shocked as a Customer and Shareholder

As a longtime customer and shareholder in Starbucks, I was appalled by the actions of the manager at this location. My wife, our 3-year-old child, and a few friends—also with young children—were treated with unbelievable disrespect. Rather than resolving a simple misunderstanding with basic human decency, the manager chose to escalate the situation by calling the police on a group of parents with toddlers.

This was not only an excessive overreaction but showed a disturbing lack of judgment and empathy. At no point was anyone being disruptive or threatening. The children were simply enjoying a few moments together. Calling law enforcement on families, especially with small children present, is beyond the pale.

As someone who has invested in Starbucks believing in its values of community, inclusion, and social responsibility, this incident is incredibly disappointing. This behavior reflects poorly on the brand and contradicts everything Starbucks claims to stand for.

I sincerely hope this is addressed appropriately by upper management. The company must ensure that managers are trained to de-escalate—not inflame—situations, especially involving families and children

Hands me my coffee with the lid open while she complained about me not waiting long enough from the time I ordered online. So I hand the coffee back so she can close the lid but she say you can't close it. Sorry am not going to risk spelling a coffee in my car.

Been going to starbucks consistently for 20 plus years, I've never had anyone deny me a cup or water. I even told them I'd been at another starbucks the same day. They told me the policy was to buy something or they couldn't serve me water. I guess the goal is to prevent homeless people from getting free water? Is this where our society is heading. Goodbye starbucks, you've gone to hell in so many ways and I still tolerated it. This was the last straw.
