March 8th 2026 @2:40 drive through window, guy with curly hair is horrible, giving us attitude while we were waiting 30 min , to top it off, our order was wrong, when I told him about it, he was even more mad telling me to park in the front. (My cup was filled with more ice than my drink.) I told him no I was not going to park in the front, I was already waiting 30 minutes. Idk if he was having a bad day or what not, but clock out my boy

Just moved to the area. I’ve been to this location four or five times now and it’s ok. So far the opening staff aren’t that friendly. Zero smiles.
Update:
I came in this morning and again encountered the most unpleasant young women working. But when I sat down and observed, they were all smiles and giggles when having their own conversations behind the bar. I don’t get what’s wrong with these people. I’m going to find a new place around here to get my coffee.
It’s funny to me because a couple of days ago I met Stacey the District Manager when she came in and she was so nice and friendly. When she was here the workers were all smiles and super friendly and accommodating. Maybe if the morning girls just pretended that Stacey was always here things would go better. Who knows? Sadly I won’t be here anymore to find out.

I'm a healthcare travel worker so I found this starbucks that is closeand on the way to work. The service is very friendly. Been visiting for the last 2 weeks know. This morning know exception about the service by I ordered a cortado extra hot. It was cold not even warm. I don't normal complain. But once I drove off and I take that sip I dont have time to drive back. I'm pretty sure I took a sip before driving off they would have made it right. This just a review to more aware of what you are receiving.

Don't come here if you have a baby, both change pads are broken, laying at a 45 degree angle, totally unusable. They will need a temporary solution until they are replaced

Typical Starbucks taste, no surprises. The lids for our cups seem to be made of paper insstead of plastic. Love it!

Service was a bit slow - The store wasn't busy, and the drive-thru had a constant stream of cars, but there were 4 people on staff

This is the best Starbucks location in the whole area, with the absolute friendliest staff. They are super professional and always have a positive attitude. I leave there everytime thinking, wow that is the best Starbucks staff I have ever interacted with. The other locations should be taking notes.

Best to get them to repeat your order back to you when ordering as at least one of the staff is prone to completely ignoring what you said, entering complete nonsense into the system and giving you nothing like what you ordered. She will then indignantly tell you what she heard even though it has twice as many words as was spoken to her.

My partner and I usually choose Starbucks almost every morning for coffee sometimes breakfast and have always had great service (In SanFrancisco)
Today we were on a road trip and just left the beach in Monterey. Simply just asking for a cup of water to refill our dogs water flask. The lady at the counter with a smug smile pretended to ring me up a cup of water? As I stand waiting water never comes out my partner asks for water and is told, “ArE yOu GoInG to BuY sOmEtHiNg!”
Now why would you fake ring me up and have me wait but tell my girlfriend that? Were you afraid of me for smiling? Or were you being discriminatory and stereotyping thinking if you told me the truth I’d react a certain way. Completely rude and uncreate behavior from this girl with the dark hair and pale skin. Why work customer service if you can’t provide service? Is this where society has gone? Water falls from the sky it does t come out of your pay check. Be a decent human and judging by the reviews this girl is extremely rude.

Horrible service. I came in before starting a long road trip. I asked for water for my dog in a small bottle & the lady at the desk (I don’t know if she’s the manager, she has dark hair), looked at me with the most condescending tone & asked if I was making a purchase. I asked if I needed to, to get some water & she just looked at me without saying anything for a few seconds & (again, in the most condescending manner) says yes.

I WAS gonna get a nitro brew & some snacks for the road, but the way she treated me just for asking for a small amount of WATER, as if I was asking for a free coffee drink or some money made me feel so weird, that I just left & got it at the gas station down the road.

I don’t get people that act like this. Some basic kindness is good for business, just fyi. I wish I’d gotten her name tag. Anyway, won’t be coming in here again:

Was given a coffee black. Asked for cream again and they gave me cream on the side (this is drive thru).

Ten seconds later I’m jumping out of the car because my hands and thigh are burned.

Stock up on burn cream before going.
