A wonderful breakfast spot! Although this place is small, they can handle the constant flow of customers. The location itself feels very comforting and welcoming. They offer traditional breakfast along with some Mexican inspired dishes. My family enjoyed our meals, coffee and chia lattes. The service was excellent. For only two people working the tables, they are quick and accurate. Definitely come here when you’re in the area and wanting a nice hot breakfast.Parking: Free street parking with 90 minute limit

This is a small business in Monterey with some pretty tasty food! It's a cozy place on the corner of the street with some seating outdoors but mostly indoors. We had a seat right by the window which made for a great seat for people watching and good conversation. We got a sunrise breakfast plate which was a very filling meal and the breakfast burrito. The burrito was great, I loved the guac and pico that came with it!

Excellent service but the coffee left much to be desired and the eggs were the color of neon lights, although delightful. Our group consensus was a 6/10, tread with warning. Wish them all the best though.

This place is a gem! Speedy service, friendly staff, and amazing food! I’ve tried a few breakfast spots in Monterey, but Sunrise Cafe has exceeded them all. I had the Belgian waffle combo and my partner had the French toast combo. Both meals were delicious and we will definitely be returning!
