A lovely local bakery. Great coffee, interesting location/outlook, and very friendly service. We've waited a long time for it to open and are very pleased to have it in Pacific Grove. Good selection of food for breakfast, morning tea/coffee or light lunch. I had the banana muffin with my coffee. Yummy and just the right size. Not really huge which some cafes think is required.
I placed a special order for a lemon merengue pie with Susan and her crew. They completely knocked it out of the park! The merengue part was perfect and the flavors of the lemon were spot on. Not too sweet, not too sour. Everyone raved about. Especially the birthday boy. Thank you, Susan!!
I love the new location. I sat right at the open window and had a beautiful view of Lighthouse street. My red velvet cupcake was PERFECT (no pun intended) I love sweet but not on my red velvet. It had the perfect balance of both sweet and cream cheese. There was so many other yummy desserts but I had to have my red velvet. The white cabinets and counters make it look so clean . Come by and try some desserts.
