Sat outside on the patio. It was nice and warm with the heaters. Staff did a great job with service. Food was sub-par. Calamari was too chewy (we eat a lot and know how it's supposed to be prepared), fries were too greasy, crab mashed potatoes were cold. Fish tacos were good. Great atmosphere and service but definitely not worth the price for the quality of food served.

I am a local resident of Monterey County, and I was honestly shocked that I hadn't visited this place sooner. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was very professional. The only thing worth noting is that they do charge a tourist tax, likely due to the location on Cannery Row, which is a very tourist-heavy area. It's helpful to know this in advance, but overall, the experience and food were excellent.

The bar and restaurant are busy but the service is excellent, very friendly and quick. The food and cocktails were great and the view is lovely. We stayed at the hotel and the breakfast was also wonderful. Top marks to the Intercontinental!

One of our best dining experiences in recent memory. From first walking in we were greeted with smiles and happy people. The service was excellent from beginning to end. Our server Tony explained everything on the menu and portion sizes. His descriptions were spot on and every course was mouthwateringly superb. He checked on us just enough and was always aware where we were in our progress. Everything from beginning to end was just so good, but the main star was the food. It was so good and everything else just complimented that. Thank you Chef and the whole crew. We will be back!

My girlfriend’s birthday dinner at the C Restaurant and Bar was absolutely amazing and truly unforgettable. We got a table right by the window overlooking the bay, which was stunning. The food was incredible—every dish was delicious, expertly prepared, and beautifully presented. What made the night truly memorable, though, were the lovely waitresses. They provided top-notch service all night and even surprised my girlfriend with a special birthday dessert! I can’t recommend this place enough for a celebratory meal.

Had a really bad experience with Bar, bar attender Luis is rude. He didn’t give us the drinks which we wanted instead he gave us whatever was available and didn’t even ask us before giving the drinks incase if we want to order something else. We are regular customers at the restaurant, The restaurant Food and service is great and everyone including Server Donny and others are exceptional.
