Went to Moulin a few nights ago to celebrate our friends birthday. What an exceptional experience. We have more or less given up on dining out regularly as the expense doesn’t match the amount of times we are let down by mediocre food and/or service. Absolutely not the case here. We went to Bistro Moulin on Saturday. The service was impeccable, the food incredibly fresh, the ambiance was nice as well. I would highly recommend checking out this local gem.
This charming bistro caught our eye as we entered the Monterey Aquarium. Federico was so kind to invite us in even though we didn't have a reservation on such a busy night. The grilled peach salad was an epicurean delicacy. The staff is friendly and the wine selection is superb.
