“We had such a great dinner at Bistro Moulin! The restaurant is quaint with an inviting but relaxed vibe, and the service felt intentional and personal. The food was delicious! We had a reservation and were seated immediately. We ordered the caesar salad, spinach gnocchi, fish of the day and filet mignon. Everything was fresh, reasonable portion sizes, and super flavorful. The fish was one of the best dishes I’ve had in a while! The filet was cooked perfectly and the peppercorn sauce on top was so good. For dessert we had the mousse special and it was insane. Wine selection was also on point! The owner was our server and he was so nice and attentive. We’re just visiting, but we’d definitely return! Highly recommend for a great meal while in Monterey!“

“My husband and I come to Le Soufflé every time we come down to Carmel. They've been open about six years and if you can imagine during Covid! Lisa plans to only serve eight people every day, no more or no less. Their menu changes for every season. Their salads or soups, soufflé's main course and dessert are outstanding. More importantly, you realize how these two people, Lisa and her dear friend, the chef, work so beautifully together and do everything from buying the groceries,setting the table, making reservations, preparing the food and doing dishes.. An experience you will look forward to and want to return!“

“I can't begin to express the beautiful his & her cakes Patisserie Bechler made! The Princess and Carrot cakes were beautiful and delicious! The bakery also helped us when our breakfast plans fell apart. We did a last minute order of their quiches, and they were amazing! It is rare to get such quality and service on a remote order! You all are awesome!“
