“Went to Moulin a few nights ago to celebrate our friends birthday. What an exceptional experience. We have more or less given up on dining out regularly as the expense doesn’t match the amount of times we are let down by mediocre food and/or service. Absolutely not the case here. The food, service and ambiance were exceptional. I had the best duck confit I’ve had in a long time. All of us were wowed by our selections. Very highly recommend Bistro Moulin for a great night out.“

“My husband and I come to Le Soufflé every time we come down to Carmel. They've been open about six years and if you can imagine during Covid! Lisa plans to only serve eight people every day, no more or no less. Their menu changes for every season. Their salads or soups, soufflé's main course and dessert are outstanding. More importantly, you realize how these two people, Lisa and her dear friend, the chef, work so beautifully together and do everything from buying the groceries,setting the table, making reservations, preparing the food and doing dishes.. “I can't begin to express the beautiful his & her cakes Patisserie Bechler made! The Princess and Carrot cakes were beautiful and delicious! The bakery also helped us when our breakfast plans fell apart. We did a last minute order of their quiches, and they were amazing! It is rare to get such quality and service on a remote order! You all are awesome!“
