I wanted to like this place more than I did. The staff are very friendly and the vibes were great. I did feel the service was a bit slow, I had to flag down the waitress so we could pay and leave. I got the dark and stormy drink and I actually hated it. My first sip was straight rum and it didn't mix well. The glass barrel was cool I guess. The saving grace was the food, which was pretty good.
This place has the best customer service! Scott D. was our server. He was great, the food was great, atmosphere was great! My family and I will visit this restaurant every time we are in the Monterey area!
