My husband & I were in Monterey over the weekend and were looking for a lowkey cozy cafe near our hotel to walk to in the morning and Wild Plum 100% delivered. I had a delicious mocha served in the cutest bowl mug situation. For breakfast I had the whole grain waffle, a side of sausage (not pictured lol) and my husband got the biscuits and gravy. Everything was perfect, amazing and spectacular from the service to the food. Wild Plum will forever be a mandatory stop during our visits to Monterey. ♡♡♡

Tastiest brunch with many new dishes we don't normally see! The breakfast tacos are and will be the best we've ever had, the potato skillet is cheesy delicious, and the matcha was a dream. Great fresh ingredients, plenty for us vegetarians, and the restaurant also has an entire vegan menu. Thanks Sunny and Brad and everyone at the wild plum!

Great breakfast spot in Monterey with 5 vegan options. We went twice and had same options both times -tofu scramble and mushroom chimichuri as they excellent.

The food, felt like a warm hug from grandma. Vegan food that gives you that ratatouille moment, (if you know, you know).
Give this place a try, get a chai latte with Almond milk, it is bomb.

We love this cozy cafe in Monterey. The food is excellent, fresh, and healthy. Both the breakfast (served all day) and lunch menus have a vegan section. Plus almost any dish can be made vegan to order as they offer tofu as a side option. Friendly and homey setting with a very personal chef who personally greets guests and takes pride in her craft.

I have been going to the Wild Plum for years. I always liked it, but it just seems to get better and better each time. I went back after a break of a couple of years and was asking myself why I haven't been back! The menu is really broad with choices for every palate, the food is delicious, and the portions large. The staff are friendly. Perfect for breakfast, lunch, or brunch. Not sure what the chimichurri/pesto on my Avocado Toast was, but I would go back just for that!! If you are a large group, call ahead. This is a popular place!

Friendly and attentive staff. Basil frittata was jam packed with flavors and very cheesy The eggs in the sun tried tomatoes steamer were so fluffy. Loved the combination of goat cheese with the sun dried tomatoes. Country potatoes on both dishes were crispy yet soft.I personally like a salty potato so I had to add salt, but appreciate that not everyone does so think it’s a good move to let people control that. Pancakes had a great flavor and the roasted apples added a nice touch. Initially thought $6 was a lot for a latte, but when it showed up in a large bowl I pleasantly surprised and glad we only ordered one. It was smooth a creamy. Would definitely visits again, great flavors and textures!
