Picked up some delicious sweets and coffee latte. My granddaughter who loves chocolate croissants gives it a five! The atmosphere could not be any better. Sitting on the open air patio and a beautiful Monterey Bay view could not be better.

Cute coffee shop with lots of outdoor seating. Had an iced caramel latte and the coffee was good. The food was okay but they were out of a lot of breakfast options by 10:30am on a Weekday.

Perfectly placed to stop during a walk along Cannery Row, the beach, or just along the ocean path. They have punch cards, so make sure to get yours punched for a free drink!

The coffee was fantastic, and the back seating area has a great view of the ocean. Usually coffee shop food isn’t very good but the sandwich was delicious. Their seasonal caramel apple macchiato was amazing as well.

I do not know how this place has such fantastic reviews. It has terrible coffee. We got an espresso and a drip coffee. Wound up throwing both out. It was a complete waste of money. Sure, it was better than the hotel coffee, but is that the bar you want to wake up to? Probably not. The atmosphere was nice. The location is amazing. The staff were very kind. But the coffee was terrible. hard pass.

Cute little coffee shop in a great location. People are friendly. Problem is service is SLOW. It takes forever for just 1 vanilla latte. And the vanilla is hardly there. Every time.

Loved how cute the cafe was. The baristas were very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed both sweet and savory items from the menu to go with our drinks. I enjoyed the tastiest London Fog latte. The manager went out of her way to come say hi and make sure we were enjoying our visit. She also was very friendly and welcoming. The Tidal will be a recurring stop from now on.

Employees arrived 30 minutes late to open the shop and had all of us customers stand outside in the cold. We had to open the door again and ask if they were going to open soon, then they let us all in. Coffee was okay. The breakfast burrito I had was terrible. The food is not made to order, it is pre-made and thawed in an oven. Amazing atmosphere and views of the bay. Bad experience with the employees and food, coffee was okay, vibes are excellent.

Customer service and coffee here is great. I got the Egg, Cheese, Ham, English Muffin and it was pretty sad. It tasted like cardboard. What I've read is the burrito is the best thing here but I couldn't even try it because they sold out. How could you sell out of your most popular item within the first 2 hours? Sad that they don't stock more of them.

Has a nice view outside, id recommend going outside if it's a nice day.

No public restrooms here.
